Had been looking for a bike for about a year,Was browsing the web site and saw what I refer to as my Blue Beast a 06 Street Glide with low miles,Went by on a Monday spoke with George and not 20 minutes later had bought my bike,It had tons of extras on it from the prvious owner and George was super knowledgeable about the bike and its background. Its my first Harley but definitely not my last ,All the staff from Paige and Madison to Jason George and all the staff have been more than couteous and helpful,This is the place to go if you want to feel like part of the family. THE CREW HERE AT SMITH BROTHERS ARE ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET ME TO TRADE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. KNOWING HOW I USED TO RUN MY FAMILY BUSINESSES, I SEE ALOT OF THE DOWN HOME FLAVOR HERE. THE SALES STAFF ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH. TIM THE SERVICE MANAGER PUT UP WITH ME FOR TWO HOURS MAKING SURE MY BIKE WOULD LOOK AND PERFORM LIKE I WANTED IT.. HE HAD A VISION AND THE VISION WAS AWESOME. THANKS TIM.. I PRICED A FAT BOY LO AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP BUT THEY TRIED THE OL' BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. NOT TILL THEN DID I FINALLY REALIZE THAT AT SMITH BROTHERS YOUR NOT JUST A NUMBER YOUR FAMILY... JAYSON.. THANK YOU BRO...

I gave the sale 4 instead of 5 stars simply because Dan was very new and I'm sure he'll rate 5 stars very shortly. Everyone, and I mean everyone, were as pleasant and knowledgeable as you could hope for. It was a purchasing experience far better that any I have had previously. I highly recommend Smith Brother Harley-Davidson to anyone wishing to purchase a motorcycle. Thank you so much.

Last Saturday, Smith Brothers had a Halloween sale, and I just wanted to take a little time to write an email and let the management know the TREMENDOUS job your sales staff performed. I've rode all over the country and been to Harley-Davidson dealerships in over 18 states, and I have to tell you that the customer service I received at Smith Brothers is by far the best. I also wanted to mention the extra-special attention, and WONDERFUL job, that Amanda and Leigh gave both me and my girlfriend, and my Dad! You have a REAL asset with these two employees and its people like these two ladies, that will be the reason I continue to shop and buy my next new Harley at your wonderful dealership! You should take time out to recongnize these girls and ALL the rest of your staff...they REALLY are the reason customers like me will keep coming back! THANK YOU so much Amanda and Leigh! Sincerely, Chris Self & Lisa Jones "Let's Ride!

Okay. So my boyfriend LOVES Harley Davidson. He has a bike, shirts, hats, all of it. So when I went to get him something for Father's Day I looked around for about 30-45 minutes. I would pick something up and put it back because he has so much. I did not know what to get him. Everyone there is great. They are so willing to help someone and so polite. I ended up with a gift card so he can get what he wants. We will most defently be coming back.

My story starts in the fall of 2010 I ordered my first harley (a black vrod muscle) from my local dealer in Ont. With one of my first planed trips was to ride from Ontario down to the dragon with 4 other riders in 2011. After waiting what seemed like forever spring 2011 came around and my new kick ass vrod is picked up and the plans are made and set for the trip to the dragon. Mid june came and along with 4 other harleys the vrod was pack up and off to TN. With about 4 hours till the TN boarder my brand new vrod with only 2500 miles on the bike drops a lung and is running on only one hole. Good thing the vrod has 120 hp to start with or this would be a far diff story hahaha. Out come the cell phones and the harley touring hand book. I could not get hold of any open harley shops so we keep traveling and keep trying to get hold of some service dept. Finally gave Smith Brothers a call at 5 pm and tell them about my bike. After telling them where i was and what the bike was doing i get bang on direction to their shop and was told a tech will stay around till you get here. (You got a hour of seat time to get here but we will get it fixed up for ya). 6.15 pm pull into the smith brother dealer ship the service bay is opened up and the bike is still running when a tech starts into the one lung vrod. The bike is worked on till 8 at that point all partys are tired and call it a day. But the smith bro's didnt stop there, they gave me a ride to a local hotel (no riding bitch for this guy) and get myself and my riding group a great rate on some rooms . In the (am) my riding group heads to the dealer ship were the shop give my father a truck to come back to the hotel and pick me up and get me back to their shop and my bike. (oh ya my bike that is now running) After a good night sleep there techs found the problem with the vrod got it fix and the trip was on from there. If you are looking for a great shop with a great group of guys just remember the name Smith Brothers. thanks guys you made my trip and the bike has run great since, in fact its due for a new rear tire something about that 120 hp just seems to burn them up ahhahhahahhaa. Stephen Andrews Mount Forest Ontario Vrod muscle

Rolled into Johnson City, TN. and Smith Bros. H-D one very hot Thursday afternoon in August 2011. About the only thing hotter than the weather was the engine on my '07 RoadKing Classic! ... but let me back up just a bit ... Only a few hours earlier I had been thoroughly enjoying my vacation tooling along the Blue Ridge Parkway when the engine on my FLHRC began to make some very rude noises. As I had spent the last 3 days riding hard to get down to the Tennessee/North Carolina hills from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, I was not impressed in the least with the racket eminating from below my knees. Believe me guys & gals it leaves a pretty sick feeling in the pit of your stomach when you're 2,000 miles from home and misc. parts fall out of your cam chest when the cover is removed! But that's the bad news ... here's the better part of the story ... After finding Smith Bros H-D in the HOG travel book, and phoning in, a fella by the name of Jason answered my call and did a very good job of calming down one fairly frantic Canuck. Jason then provided spot-on directions to find his shop, and as mentioned I rolled in (barely!) about mid-afternoon on Thursday. Between Jason, Dave, and Tim, they quickly diagnosed the problem as a 'shifted crankshaft' which had caused all sorts of collateral damage inside the old 96 c.i. engine. Getting on the computers and phones, Dave and James quickly located a replacement crankshaft in Texas, and had it UPS'ed overnight for the rebuild to begin. Meanwhile Jason and Lil'John had located a loaner RoadKing and transferred my bags and windshield over to it so that I was not without wheels while my ride was down for the count. Friday morning Lucas and Tim (with moral support from Dave & Jason) started ripping the old 96 apart, and by noon on Saturday they had my '07 FLHRC completely reborn as a 'baby' Screamin Eagle ... 103 c.i. 255 cams, and a list of other Screamin Eagle support parts too long to mention. Lucas put the finishing touches on it with a S.E. Super Tuner and a few hours on the Dyno, and by mid-afternoon on Saturday I was good to go!! Now I don't know about you folks, but in my books to take a hawg with pretty much a completely cooked 96 c.i.engine and turn it into a dyno tuned 103 S.E. between a Thurs afternoon and a Sat afternoon is pretty damn good work, as I see it!! I've read some other testimonials on this website referring to encounters with Smith Bros H-D as a 'family affair'. I would agree with that completely!! Right from the get-go with Jason calming me down and talking me into the shop, Dave and James chasing down the parts, and Tim & Lucas rebuilding the thing in 2 days, the entire service dept of the shop simply dropped everything else they might have been doing and threw thier entire resources behind getting me back on the road. Making sure that I had a decent motel to stay in (right close to 'Hooters' I might add!) and a loaner 'ride' while I was waiting was really just icing on the cake. Smith Bros H-D truly cared about this Canadian wanderer and worked all out to get me taken care of and back in the saddle. My hats off to you guys ... thanks much from Canada!!

Brought my 93 Heritage softail classic in with a sick and leaking transmission with expectations of the worst. It was by far my best experience with a service dept. The job cost less than anticipated and they took great care of this family heirloom. Thanks to Shannon for the great job and explaining to me what was done. Very impressed. I will return.

These guys are awesome. I bought my first bike from these guys and they do all my service. I get all my motorclothes from them and they know me by name since the first time I came in. Great dealership, buy your HD from them and you won't be disappointed.
